So you've been referred to a Lambeth GP Access Hub for an appointment. Find out what this means and where to find each hub.
Four GP Access Hubs have been set up within surgeries across Lambeth to give patients better access to primary care services. The hubs are open extended hours from 12noon–8pm Monday to Friday and 8am–8pm weekends and bank holidays, which means it's easier for you to get an appointment at a time that suits you. If there are no available appointments at your usual surgery, you will be referred to one of the hubs.
All 47 GP surgeries in Lambeth are connected to the same IT network, meaning whichever doctor you see, they will be able to access and update your medical records.
Your medical records will only be shared between your practice and the hub if you have not actively opted out of data sharing. If you are unsure please speak to your registered GP.

Vauxhall GP Access Hub located at South Lambeth Road Practice
A short walk from Stockwell underground station, the Vauxhall GP Access Hub is located in the South Lambeth Road Practice on South Lambeth Road, SW8.
Streatham GP Access Hub located at Streatham High Practice
Near Streatham and Streatham Hill overground stations, the Streatham GP Access Hub is just off Streatham High Rd within the Streatham High Practice.
West Norwood Access Hub located in Knights Hill Surgery
Situated in the West Norwood Health and Leisure Centre, the West Norwood Access Hub is a 3 minute walk from West Norwood overground station.
Oval GP Access Hub
Located in the Vassall Medical Centre on Vassall Road, the Oval GP Access Hub is a 10 minute walk from Oval underground station.
